Multisport and endurance events have been a growing passion of mine since my first triathlon in the summer of 2014. I received my bachelor’s degree in exercise science while running on the cross country and track and field teams at DePauw University. I went on to pursue my masters in biomechanics at Illinois State while coaching cross country and track and field at Illinois Wesleyan University.
After spending five and a half years in the collegiate coaching world I relocated to Boulder, Colorado to fully immerse myself in the endurance environment and live out my dream of competing at the professional level in 2018.
I am excited to apply my past experiences as a coach and athlete to help others achieve their goals and explore their passions! I am excited to work with athletes of all abilities and provide guidance, support, and encouragement. I truly believe that one of the keys to success in the sport (and life) is to surround yourself with people who believe in your dreams and support you throughout your journey!
