We have a number of programs to choose from. Our goal is that you can pick and choose an appropriate program for your current fitness and you race goals.
You will receive a customized training plan specific to your needs. You can choose from a general 8-week block (periodized for your yearly schedule), a sport-specific 12- to 15-week block (for a 1/2 or full marathon or your “A” triathlon).
After you sign up, an ECo coach will contact you to get the plan set up. We provide the plans on Training Peaks, a free service that allows us to map out your 2-month training program. This is also the platform in which we can monitor you training and analyze if/when you have questions about your training. This will also serve as a valuable training log so you can track your training!
The plan is written in 8-week ‘blocks.’ You can renew with another 8-week block, sign on to a sport-specific plan (like the 12-week Olympic Triathlon plan or 12-week marathon plan), or hire a one-on-one coach.
