Well, we are back at it. January workouts are always bittersweet. I like that it’s time to train again, but as I start the program, I remember all of the work that training entails.
I have two choices:
1) I can think about how hard I’ll need to work, the sacrifices I’ll need to make, the early mornings, the chafing, the blisters, the aches and pains…
or…
2) I can think about how much I enjoy the process… pushing my body, working towards a goal, revealing my fitness.
You have a choice too.
You can choose to put off training one more day. One more week. One more month. Because you know that starting that training program will push you out of your comfort zone.
